Notice the person was taking some extract of kernels, not the kernels
themselves. Often when you isolate active ingredients from the plant
they are found in, the effect is undesirable.

It is best to eat the whole kernels rather than any extract.
Its like eggs, they are said to have high levels of cholesterol and
therefore to limit intake to 1 or 2 a week or similar, however it has
since been reported that the lecithin in the whites counteracts the
cholesterol in the yolk. So with many situations it is best to keep
the original item intact to keep some sort of balance that nature
provides.

Also there is probably a recommended daily amount, and like anything
too much of a good thing can have the reverse effect.

Apparently the Hunzas have been eating apricot kernels for hundreds of
years and are very healthy.

"The other characteristic that was unique about the Hunzas is that
they ate massive quantities of apricot seed kernels."

I would suggest that scaremongering about apricot seeds is another big
pharma tactic to discount any alternatives that counter their profits.

[BOB] "Beliefs are not opinions."
I think you will find that "belief" is a synonym for "opinion".
So WTF are you trying to say idiot?
[BOB] "I stand by what I said in context. A belief is
something held true with or without supporting
evidence or in the face of contradictory evidence.

An opinion is based on what one thinks and not what
one believes. Ones religion is what one believes.
Religion requires no thinking and in many cases
Religion forbids thinking.

While you might believe their are interchangeable
synonyms, I think if you asked an expert in the
English Language they might agree with me. The
words have different meanings and uses."
