"From an early age, we are forced into a mandatory school system that
requires and encourages youth to attend for a large portion of their
human life, for six hours a day. Each child is required to learn the
accepted version of reality in order to fit into the specific mold
desired by the elite. Just like television, a large part of school is
simply programming. It’s ironic how the same families behind the
funding are responsible for many inhumane atrocities that took place
throughout history. They are also behind big oil, big pharma, food and
other industries that are becoming more transparent as of late. Kids
who do not fit into the system and do not resonate with it are usually
labelled and medicated. Essentially, the whole point of school is to
shape the reality of the student."

" ...if we were really taught to critically think do you think we
would have the systems we have in place now? Our financial system? Our
health system and its corruption? Events like 9/11? Religions? Even
our education system for that matter. If we were actually taught to
critically think, education as we know it would collapse on itself and
a new system would be built. If we were actually taught to critically
think, the powers at be would not have the control they do now, this
is why we are sent to school from such a young age, and why fear is
used to get us to continue in our later years."

"It is important we learn to understand the information we take in and
not simply memorize it, this will allow us to break each piece of
information down to its roots and find the truth or fallacy. It is
evident we rarely do this now by simply looking at the world we live
in. This does not mean we need to be skeptics or pessimists, or try
and logically think everything out, it simply means we should look to
understand our information and FEEL whether is bares truth. We need
not memorize information we receive from authority figures, it is a
choice, one we can all make from here on out."

Those cartoonish claims and graphics had been debunked years ago when that
nonsense was posted in sci.geo.geology.

The evidenced based reality of modern geology science versus the faulty
logic and fictional pseudo science of the expanding earth proponents is
stunning. The hard question behind mechanics of Plate movement are now easy
to answer. We Measure real time movements today by fractions of an inch,
without any global expansion or growth. Expanding Earth is a dead horse
some people would still try to get to pretend is still running race. Their
only apparent goal is to sell books and seats at lecture performances.

I was lucky to be a student in geology in the late 60 and early 70s as
geology science books were rewritten. One year the 1A course rejected plate
tectonics and the next year the 1A classes embraced it. My 1A instructor
had a hand out which covered what he felt was the proper outlook and taught
plate tectonics as an alternative explanation. This was before the wonder
of GPS positioning and localized beacons and small portable atomic clocks.

I spend the winters in the Sonora Deserts add to my mineral collection,
summer adding to my mineral collection some place cool. This winter at home
we have had lots of rain, exposing all sort of new minerals and washing
down gold... I might do a little panning this summer when as the creeks
recede. I now of a few places where I person could dig slice and pan out an
ounce of better on a good day.

I still check from weekly and miss the old days. I still collect sand from
stream beds too. Amazing to see sands as a collection from everything
upstream.

Cartoon-ish?

Try diagrammic illustration.

And anybody can debunk anything.
Mainstream debunking means NOTHING !!

We have big pharma debunking traditional remedies that have been in
use successfully for hundreds of years, we have mainstream telling us
all sorts of things that turn out to be utter crap.

I have debunked mainstream many times.
They carry on when one person dies at the hands of a homeopath, yet

The point is "evidence-based" depends on what evidence you are
referring to.
Mainstream science bases their theories on speculation.
Because they see hot stuff coming out of a volcano, they speculate
that the inner core of the earth is molten and fail to realise that
the heat that is required is generated at a point more close to the

Carole just took that test? It wasn't me who took the test, was it?

Carole, I suggest you look up the term psychological projection. What you
are doing is called psychological projection. That is you are judging me by
your own "false" personality traits. You are projecting your own personal
traits and assuming you would know how I would answer any of those
questions.

Well Carole those are actions of a blithering idiot.

The word is forté. it requires no "S" on the end you blithering idiot. And
while you think you are smart the word when referring to a male which has
strengths in an area the word is just is actually just "fort".

No wonder the French and Italians think all English speakers are stupid,
you blithering idiot.

Now just to remind you when I took geology classes plate tectonics was the
alternative explanation. Those which thought outside the box, like my
instructor found plate tectonics the reasonable explanation with his
expertise and data I decided to go against the flow. Time justified both of
my instructor and I.

Expanding Earth was always considered nothing but worthless nonsense
pseudo-science with Zero observable evidence or data to support it. It
never went from the point of worthless speculation because has no
observable evidence. Just the opposite, there is a 100% preponderance of
evidence which supports plate tectonics.

Consider the point plate tectonics was put forth as a evidence based
explanation in 1912 by Wegener and it wasn't until the spreading ridge in
the Atlantic Ocean was discovered in the middle of WW2 that a reason
mechanism was put forth. Still the issue was subject to debate and in 1956
two major papers were published with newly discovered data. It wasn't until

Neal Adams ? Science: Part 1 ? Conspiracy ? The Earth is Growing
This video is a Neal Adams animation about his theory
A cartoon?
Sadly this fool ignored the evidence of subduction, and rift spreading.
Ignorance had no bounds.
This cartoon was completely debunked as utter nonsense years ago.
Then was does this cartoon have to do with alternative medicine?

Carole just took that test? It wasn't me who took the test, was it?
Carole, I suggest you look up the term psychological projection. What you
are doing is called psychological projection. That is you are judging me by
your own "false" personality traits. You are projecting your own personal
traits and assuming you would know how I would answer any of those
questions.
Not really bob -- just worked you and your type out bob.
You SOUND like you know what you're talking about, BUT you don't.
You just absorb all the crap from mainstream doctrine and repeat it,
and people usually listen and think "gee this guy knows his stuff" BUT
you don't. You're just a repeater of mainstream policy and propaganda,
designed socially engineer society towards a globalist agenda. Keep
them in the dark and feed them crap..

Last of the 1960 that the evidence was deemed to be overwhelmingly in favor
of plate tectonics.

not having their own opinions.

What Carole calls carp is well referenced material with supporting facts
and figures which makes evidence. With the required background knowledge in
math, chemistry, physics and fundamental logic I can't see why any sane
person would cling to nonsense like expanding earth, or the unsupported
cartoon by Neal Adams.

Can can recall watching tv when I was little and the old Elmer Fudd
cartoons could in some sense be called dynamic illustration, but do not
have any supporting evidence that they reflect reality.

Note I stated wiki was a place to start with well referenced articles. The
point is these well referenced articles are not just people's opinions or
cartoons. But reports with evidence and data.

There is zero observed evidence nor is there any data to support the
speculation of an expanding earth. What's more there is enough evidence and
data to support the plate tectonic, the evidence of the spreading mid ocean
ridges, plus the plate boundaries like in the Pacific Northwest subduction
zone which shows how one plate can override another plate, and that
explains much of the volcanic activity Pacific Northwest and the hotspot
under Yellowstone's super caldera. Where the subducted plate hits the
basalt base of the Rocky Mountains.

There is nothing wrong with Wikipedia, and I used to write and edit a few
articles. The demand for references is growing and I like that. It has
become a true encyclopedia reference.

Even Carole could write for that, however Neal Adams is not a authoritative
reference and it would be marked as questionable and would end up on the
talk page until it got sorted out.

An illustration is not, but is not evidence or data. It might be used as a
way to convey a concept, but it is not in and of itself evidence or data.

The constant lack of any possible mechanism for an expanding earth is what
causes it to be nearly universally rejected by people with just a little
bit of solid knowledge..

The constant lack of any possible mechanism for an expanding earth is what
causes it to be nearly universally rejected by people with just a little
bit of solid knowledge..

Neal Adams ? Science: Part 1 ? Conspiracy ? The Earth is Growing
This video is a Neal Adams animation about his theory
A cartoon?
Sadly this fool ignored the evidence of subduction, and rift
spreading.
Ignorance had no bounds.
This cartoon was completely debunked as utter nonsense years ago.
Then was does this cartoon have to do with alternative medicine?
Oh that's right, I forgot that Bob is an ESTJ, and as such is not
Carole just took that test? It wasn't me who took the test, was it?
Carole, I suggest you look up the term psychological projection. What
you
are doing is called psychological projection. That is you are judging me
by
your own "false" personality traits. You are projecting your own
personal
traits and assuming you would know how I would answer any of those
Says the queen of copy and paste.
What Carole calls crap is well referenced material with supporting facts
and figures which makes evidence. With the required background knowledge in
math, chemistry, physics and fundamental logic I can't see why any sane
person would cling to nonsense like expanding earth, or the unsupported
cartoon by Neal Adams.
I think you nailed it with the word “sane”. Carole exhibits a little
problem with sanity, paranoia in particular, every time she posts one of her
rants. (My opinion and I am not a doctor)
I suspect such for a while. Repeating the same nonsense over and over after
being shown it is just untrue fit the definition of insanity.

Can can recall watching tv when I was little and the old Elmer Fudd
cartoons could in some sense be called dynamic illustration, but do not
have any supporting evidence that they reflect reality.

Well Carole those are actions of a blithering idiot.

Bob is more interested in enforcing to the status quo.
The status quo will always be right, no matter what, heh bob?
Please disregard bob, thinking outside the box is not one of his
fortes.
The word is forté. it requires no "S" on the end you blithering idiot.
And
while you think you are smart the word when referring to a male which
has
strengths in an area the word is just is actually just "fort".
Whatever bob, do you want me to pull you up for all your "willful"
errors?
You do already.
My Fat finger and my iPad do not always get along together.
OK, on the iPad. I would be having that same problem if posting from an iPad.
As it is,the spell checker in the latest version of this OS corrects my
spelling before I finish typing the word and also attempts to read my mind by
changing words to something else based on what the computer decided I wanted
to say. Sounds a little paranoid, doesn’t it?
it. Sometimes I miss the old selectic with the font ball I used in the
Navy.
I do try to read everything before I hit send but do forget sometimes.

No wonder the French and Italians think all English speakers are stupid,
you blithering idiot.
Do they think that or is that just another one of your
mis-conceptions?

Now just to remind you when I took geology classes plate tectonics was
the
alternative explanation. Those which thought outside the box, like my
instructor found plate tectonics the reasonable explanation with his
expertise and data I decided to go against the flow. Time justified both
of
my instructor and I.
Consider the point plate tectonics was put forth as a evidence based
explanation in 1912 by Wegener and it wasn't until the spreading ridge
in
the Atlantic Ocean was discovered in the middle of WW2 that a reason
mechanism was put forth. Still the issue was subject to debate and in
1956
two major papers were published with newly discovered data. It wasn't
until
Last of the 1960 that the evidence was deemed to be overwhelmingly in
favor
of plate tectonics.
A good place to read about the subject is the wiki page it is well
referenced material, and is slanted towards a person with about 5th
grade
reading level. It also has picture for people like you Carole with sub
Grade 5th read reading comprehension.
Wikipedia is a bit biased and only seems to support mainstream views.
It doesn't support alternative views. A bit like you bob -- just goes
with the "experts" who are paid to be experts. They get big bucks for
not having their own opinions.
Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia, written collaboratively by the people who
use it. It is a special type of website designed to make collaboration easy,
called a wiki. Many people are constantly improving Wikipedia, making
thousands of changes per hour.
Note I stated wiki was a place to start with well referenced articles. The
point is these well referenced articles are not just people's opinions or
cartoons. But reports with evidence and data.
Exactly.
Carole misses the point. Far as I know any fool, including alternative
believers, can post to Wikipedia.
And when they post anything without substance, it gets reverted or moved to
a talk page. I lot goes on in those discussion pages.
Maybe I should take a closer look at Wikipedia.

Post by Lu
Doesn’t sound like bias, more like a lack of people with alternative views.

You mean life on earth is dying as pollution grows?

Life on earth will never die due to pollution as there are bacteria
that live by consuming what we consider pollution. So much bacteria,
so diverse, so resistant to so much.
