Things seem not to being going so good for California anti vaccination
cult.

I wonder if Timmy Bolen has his plate of crow ready.

This is the second legal case which he has supported boldly and lost
because of a preceding amount of prior decisions of case law.

This decision is just a denial of an injunction, the wording of the
decision is telling.

The 18 page order has much to say explaining the rational behind the
decision

“The Constitution does not require the provision of a religious exemption
to vaccination requirements, much less a personal belief exemption,” Sabraw
said.

And

“Even outside the context of vaccination laws, the Supreme Court has
reiterated the fundamental rights under the First Amendment to the United
States Constitution do not overcome the State’s interest in protecting a
child’s health,” Sabraw wrote.

Everyone saw that when the Wakefield v Deer and the BMJ.

The judge spanked Wakefield and his lawyer.
