Since you never taken the required classes or done any homework in biology,

Hours spent in labs recreating the basic building blocks of knowledge is
the homework. Learning how to write reports on that lab work and working
with math to help it all make sense is the homework. Hours in labs
dissecting plants and animals and learning the structures of the human
body, watching and learning to read what the instruments and sensors mean
is homework.

Experimenting in your kitchen lab with sodium bicarbonate and cream of

assumptions over and over again as if their assumption had some sort of
special weight. These charismatic people manage to convince enough people
that those assumption are true and the assumption become becomes fad. Weak
minded people tend to follow these types of fads quicker than those people
which are thinking and rational people.

Last year I saw a person I used to work with, decide on the advice of his
gym trainer, that he was "gluten intolerant". His mistake was he listen to
this "trainer". Now because of his follow this clowns advice he is now
damaged his kidneys because of protein overload.

Quackery and these large number of people spouting false facts is just
upsetting. And the quacks sellers of nonsense and falsehoods are getting
more powerful and more political every day.

who are not celiac intolerant can become an epidemic if these people who are
following that diet unnecessarily, keep it up.

The food industry is reaping the rewards from all these people who just jump
on a fad because of what their friends say and do. I see to many people

Maybe gluten free, the purveyors of fitness attempt to blame for many
disorders at the feet of gluten. There are specific tests for gluten
intolerance (celiac sprue). The diagnosis takes a doctor, not a fitness
coach.
BTW the so called paleo diet is not what Paleolithic man ate. It is not
even close.

Proabably because I all to often see some very charismatic people touting
assumptions over and over again as if their assumption had some sort of
special weight. These charismatic people manage to convince enough people
that those assumption are true and the assumption become becomes fad. Weak
minded people tend to follow these types of fads quicker than those people
which are thinking and rational people.

As to anti-gluten diets, the outcome of that kind of diet in the many people
who are not celiac intolerant can become an epidemic if these people who are
following that diet unnecessarily, keep it up.
The food industry is reaping the rewards from all these people who just jump
on a fad because of what their friends say and do. I see to many people
worried about gluten in wheat but they don’t seem to know the reasons for
or anything about that kind of diet an it being needed by people with celiac
disease and being beneficial for people with a gluten sensitivity.

Last year I saw a person I used to work with, decide on the advice of his
gym trainer, that he was "gluten intolerant". His mistake was he listen to
this "trainer". Now because of his follow this clowns advice he is now
damaged his kidneys because of protein overload.
Quackery and these large number of people spouting false facts is just
upsetting. And the quacks sellers of nonsense and falsehoods are getting
more powerful and more political every day.

Bob, every shelf in the grocery store is filled with boxes and cans of food
that tout gluten-free in big letters. I think I have even seen some OTC drugs
and milk that are labeled gluten-free. Everybody is jumping on that band
