This wasn't just a story, it was a coroner's report.

Death was due to tears in the arteries in the neck. The patient was treated
for neck muscles spasms, which were falsely attributed to be a pinched
nerve, and treater by chiropractic manipulation of the neck, which is the
only type of injury which causes notable trauma in the neck.

You only make an idiot out of yourself, Carole when you post foolishness,
but then it has been your biggest complaint in life.
